Filing deadlines falling in October 2025

Filing deadlines that are due during the month of October 2025 are as follows:

1. Until October 20, 2025:

• WITHHOLDINGS from work income, professional and prizes.

• VAT – Value Added Tax.

• Third instalment for the payment on account of  Income Tax 2025 (for individuals).

• Second instalment for the payment on account of  Corporate Tax 2025 (for companies).

• Summary statement of intra-Community transactions.

REMINDER: the term to present those declarations whose tax payment you wish to DIRECT DEBIT in your bank account, ends on October 15, 2025. From this date, the payment of said tax can be arranged until October 20, by obtaining the code NRC, issued by banking entities.
